Refund Policy for CNC Cut Service Center
1. Pre-Pickup Review:
- Inspection Window: Upon notification that their order is ready, clients are advised to visit our CNC cut service center to inspect the quality and specifics of their material.
- Responsibility to Review: It is the client's responsibility to review the details of the service and ensure the quality is satisfactory before accepting and taking the material.
2. Release Form:
- Purpose: A release form is in place to ensure clarity and mutual understanding. By signing, the client acknowledges and confirms their satisfaction with the service and material quality.
- Mandatory Signature: The client must sign the release form before taking the material from our center. No material will be released without a signed form.
3. Post-Pickup Policy:
- No Refunds: Once the client signs the release form and takes the material away from our center, the sale is considered final, and no refunds will be provided.
- Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy must be discussed and approved by our management prior to material pickup.
4. Raising Concerns Pre-Pickup:
- Process: If a client identifies any issues or concerns during the pre-pickup review, they must immediately notify our service team.
- Resolution: We are committed to resolving any concerns to the client's satisfaction before the material is taken. This may include adjustments, reworks, or, in some cases, refunds.
5. Documentation:
- Record Keeping: All interactions, signed forms, and communications will be documented and archived for future reference, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Client Copy: A copy of the signed release form will be provided to the client for their records.
