Drawings, renderings, and documents provided by Pros & Tools are for conceptual and presentation purposes only and are not construction, structural, engineered, or architectural documents. Pros & Tools is not licensed to provide engineering or architectural services and does not perform code compliance review, load calculations, or site verification.

All dimensions and site information are supplied by the client. The client is solely responsible for field verification, hiring licensed professionals and installers, obtaining required permits, and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations prior to fabrication or installation.

Any use of these drawings for fabrication or construction is at the client’s sole risk. Pros & Tools shall not be liable for construction errors, structural failure, code violations, property damage, personal injury, or financial losses arising from misuse. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the drawings.

Money is not refundable unless the drawing is not sent to customer within 1 week. 

By making the payment the clients understands and accepts the final drawings to be received.
